Seeded Boulé

Though not a true sourdough, it does have a nice flavor from the extended overnight rise we give this bread. After it’s finished rising, we bake each loaf in a 450 degree cast iron pot, giving it a wonderful crust and soft interior. Filled with pumpkin, flax and sesame seeds, this beautiful loaf would be gorgeous on a company table, or just toasted with almond butter for breakfast.

Available for sale at Big John’s Market in Healdsburg, both Pacific Markets, and always by special order.
