French Bread Baguettes (special order)
Crusty on the outside, light and airy on the inside, just like a french bread should be. We use olive oil to give these loaves a nice, savory flavor. They can be plain, or have a seeded top with sesame, fennel and poppy seeds. They freeze perfectly, and re-warm in the oven back to their toasty, right-from-the-oven texture.
Currently available by special order only, though I often have frozen loaves available for sale.
No dairy, no soy, no preservatives.

Hamburger/Sandwich BunsOur diner-style hamburger buns are light and have an english muffin-like texture, so they hold up to a well-dressed burger. Honey Oat Bread (seasonal/special order)Made primarily with gluten free oat flour, this bread is sweetened with honey, and has a flavorful and dense crumb. Excellent for sandwiches and toast.
Plain Boulé (special order)A nice crusty round loaf of french bread, with a denser crumb than the white french bread baguettes. Similar to a ciabatta, but with a more rustic crust. No dairy, no soy, no corn, no preservatives.
